Strawberry Pavlova

I had a strawberry pavlova at a friend's yesterday and it was absolutely divine. So simple, just three different things but a perfect match! You can make the meringue still gooey in the centre or cook it till it dries out, top with whipped sweetened cream (perhaps with some vanilla seeds scraped into it) and then cover with halved strawberries. You can of course change the fruit according to the season, raspberries, blackberries and currants would all work well.
